About Our Office
Our Manchester headquarters serves as the coordination centre for our nationwide team of assessors and retrofit coordinators. While we conduct home surveys across the UK, administrative matters and consultations can be arranged at this location.
The office is located in the heart of Manchester's professional district, near Spinningfields. We're a short walk from Deansgate and accessible by public transport from all major routes.
How to Find Us
From Manchester Piccadilly station, the office is approximately 15 minutes on foot heading west toward Deansgate. If travelling by Metrolink, alight at St Peter's Square and walk north along Deansgate for about 5 minutes, then turn left onto Parsonage Gardens.
Limited visitor parking is available in nearby NCP car parks on Quay Street and Spinningfields. Please let us know in advance if you require accessible parking arrangements.
Regional Coverage
Although based in Manchester, our assessors travel throughout England, Wales, and Scotland. We have partner assessors in Edinburgh, Bristol, Birmingham, and London to ensure reasonable coverage times across the country.

Common Questions
To help us respond effectively, please include: your property type and approximate age, your postcode (for scheduling purposes), what prompted you to seek advice, and any specific concerns or goals you have. If you're enquiring about a specific service, mentioning this helps us direct your query appropriately.
We aim to respond to all email enquiries within two working days. During busy periods (typically autumn and early winter), responses may occasionally take slightly longer. If your matter is time-sensitive—for example, relating to a grant deadline—please mention this and we'll prioritise accordingly.
We request that all visits are arranged in advance. Our team frequently travels for site assessments, so appointments ensure someone appropriate is available to meet with you. Contact us by email to arrange a convenient time.
Yes. We offer a complimentary 20-minute introductory call to discuss your property, goals, and whether our services are a good fit for your needs. This helps us understand your situation and allows you to ask questions before committing to a paid assessment.
We currently cover England, Wales, and Scotland. For properties in Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, or Isle of Man, we can sometimes recommend local specialists or provide remote consultancy support for certain aspects of retrofit planning. Contact us to discuss options.
We take all complaints seriously. In the first instance, please email us outlining your concern. Our complaints procedure involves acknowledgement within 3 working days, investigation within 10 working days, and a full response within 20 working days. If you remain dissatisfied, you may escalate to TrustMark's dispute resolution service.
Media & Press
For press enquiries, interview requests, or expert commentary on home energy efficiency topics, please email with the subject line "Media Enquiry" and include your deadline and publication details.
We regularly contribute to discussions on retrofit policy, building standards, and practical guidance for homeowners undertaking energy improvements.
Partnerships
We work with housing associations, local authorities, and property developers on larger-scale retrofit programmes. If you represent an organisation interested in partnering with us, please get in touch to discuss potential collaboration.
We also welcome enquiries from installers seeking to work with a PAS 2035 retrofit coordinator.
